To strengthen our internal IT team, we are looking for an IT In-House Consultant for Project and Application Management (f/m/d). In this position, you will carry out IT and digitization-related activities and projects and play a key role in supporting the specialist departments in their daily and long-term challenges relating to IT and digitization.

TASKS

• Management of IT projects (e.g., implementation and upgrade of software)
• Design and introduction of digital and IT solutions
• Support for specialist departments in digitization and process optimization
• Support in the management of applications and those responsible for them

PROFILE

• Completed education at a technical college, university, or university of applied sciences with a focus on IT, digitalization, process analysis and optimization, and project management
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Previous knowledge of (IT) project management (Prince2, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.) is an advantage
• Process assessment, analysis, and optimization skills
• Knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPlatform, PowerAutomate, etc.) is desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Very good German and English skills (level B2)

We would like to emphasize that the advertised salary corresponds to the minimum basic salary under the collective agreement, but this is only the lower limit. The minimum salary under the collective agreement (information and consulting) is € 46,200 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we naturally offer an attractive salary above this minimum.
