We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our Purchasing and Inventory Management team (11). In this role, following an initial training period, you will actively support your colleagues in the area of supply chain management. You will play a key role in ensuring and improving the smooth operation of our purchasing processes. As a Purchasing Specialist, you will get to know the exciting environment of the EBNER Group and contribute to the success of our company through your dedication.

TASKS

• Processing of purchase requests (needs assessment, inquiry, negotiation, contract drafting, order creation, schedule tracking)
• Close collaboration with the purchasing organizations within the EBNER Group
• Independent collection, analysis, and comparison of prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions
• Tracking of delivery dates and corresponding communication with suppliers, warehouses, internal requesters, and project management
• Conducting structured supplier evaluations
• Responsibility for bonus agreements with suppliers and processing of savings lists

PROFILE

• Completed commercial and/or technical training
• Several years (4–5 years) of relevant professional experience with a focus on technical activities in an industrial setting
• In-depth knowledge of the most common methods and skills in procurement (supplier evaluation, negotiation tactics, etc.)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a confident demeanor and assertiveness
• Very good computer skills (especially MS Office, SAP)
• Very good German and English skills; additional languages (Mandarin, Turkish, or an Indian language) are a plus

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective agreement (Information and Consulting) based on full-time employment is EUR 50,393.
